CAMPAIGN AGAINST CULTISM AND INDECENT DRESSING

The rate of moral vices and decadence in our community today is on the increase as people mostly the youth has taken to criminal activities and indecent dressing. Our various higher institutions is said to be the model of this vices. A center which is meant to be a citadel of learning is now being converted to a bunk of criminals and societal depression. In 2016, over 100 cases of students death due to cultism clashes where recorded all across Nigeria whereas the level of indecent dressing in the community grew by 40%.
Movement for Change(M4C) has observed with total dismay that most people are being engaged in the act of cultism right from their year one. Students are being molested and a times deceived to join these bad gangs and ungodly fellows. Taking a look at the society today, most people involved in election havoc, kidnapping activities, robbery schemes, prostitution today, does so because of the bad influence the school and community had on them. At M4C, we believe that for us to have a more secured  and peaceful environment there is need for such criminal activities to be stopped and that is why we flagged up the campaign against cultism and indecent dressing in school. In this campaign we organize talkshows, seminars and demonstrations in a bid to enlighten students especially the year one students about the dangers of joining these associations/gangs.
The Organization through it's press channels has disclosed that this campaign will take a very serious turn in 2017 as it will spread the wings of this campaign to more schools and community in the area.
